Eye Auto Focus Performance with Canon RF70-200 f/2.8

Several weeks ago i was able to out in to the desert and test out the eye auto focus tracking performance of the Canon R5, along with the RF70-200 f/2.8 lens.

The Camera and lens combination was tested to its limits during a Saluki show,(a type of Arabian Greyhound) at the Qasr Al Sarab desert resort in Abu Dhabi.

Although this was an extremely difficult situation for the Canon R5 (or for any camera) i was quite surprised with how well the auto focus kept tracking the subject even at extreme distances and speed.
