Sports Photography Workflow with Photo Mechanic – Prepare, Shoot, Edit and Upload

In this video i’d like to take you through my workflow for sports photography and how i set up my laptop with a software program called Photo Mechanic. A tool that i recommend all sports photographer should purchase as this will save an enormous amount of time when transferring files from the camera, captioning photos, editing and FTP upload.

I’m shooting sports events quite often and Photo Mechanic has been an absolute revelation when it comes to file management with metadata, re-naming files and FTP transfer, but also the organisation of files and ability to cull and select photos quickly. It’s a huge time saver and probably the best software i’ve bought for quite a while. I was using Adobe products such as Lightroom and Bridge for the management of my photos. I held off from buying new software until i discovered Photo Mechanic by CameraBits. This software will change everything you do!
